Key Requirements
- Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules (Python/XML) to meet client-specific business requirements across multiple Odoo versions
- Develop and maintain integrations between Odoo and third-party systems/APIs (e.g., payment gateways, e-commerce platforms, external ERPs)
- Analyze functional requirements and prepare technical/solution design documentation for implementation
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in existing Odoo implementations, including performance optimization
- Review code, guide junior developers, and ensure adherence to Odoo development best practices and coding standards

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Odoo development (Odoo 14/15/16/17/18) with strong proficiency in Python, PostgreSQL, and XML
- Strong understanding of Odoo's ORM, ACL/security rules, workflows, and the OWL framework (for newer versions)
- Experience with Odoo module development, inheritance, QWeb reports, and REST/XML-RPC API integrations
- Solid experience with Git/version control, Linux-based development environments, and debugging/troubleshooting production Odoo instances
