Key Requirements
● Lead solution architecture and technical strategy for Odoo implementations.
● Analyze client requirements and map them with Odoo functionalities.
● Design scalable module-based architecture and oversee customizations.
● Guide the functional and technical team through SDLC.
● Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality output.
● Manage data migration, integrations with third-party tools, and performance optimization.
● Own documentation – from design to deployment and post-live support.
Required Skills and Qualifications
1.Proven experience in at least 3+ full-cycle Odoo implementations.
2. Expertise in multiple Odoo modules – CRM, Sales, Inventory, Purchase, Accounting,
Manufacturing, eCommerce, etc.
3. Experience in system integration with third-party apps (Payment Gateways, Shopify,
WhatsApp, Tally, etc.).
4. Strong domain knowledge across 2–3 industries (Manufacturing, Retail, Services, etc.).
5. Excellent understanding of both functional flows and technical architecture.
